Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Proyek Konstruksi

Abstract

Abstract

The First step in this research was made literature study to seek the suitable variabels. The next step was make questionnaire of research and collects the data by direct interview and using simple random sampling Methods. The information we get from questionnaire were explain in descriptive analysis and then, to understand the influace of Healty and Safety Job construction Employe perform, we made Multiple Linear Regresion Analysis includes validity test and reliability test & regression test (f & t test). The result of this research show that the free variables occupational safety (X1) and health (X2) against K3 problem simultaneously and patrial positive and significant influential variable against the performance of construction workers on the project construction of the Maleo Town Square, where the influence of variable X1 amounted to 0,369 and X2 0,058. This research also shows that Safety variable (X1) the dominant effect compared to occupational health variables (X2).

Abstrak

Tahapan penelitian ini adalah studi berbagai literatur yang ada untuk menentukan variabel yang akan digunakan. Tahap selanjutnya mendesain kuisioner penelitian kemudian melakukan pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara langsung dan dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner dijelaskan melalui analisis deskriptif dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pekerja konstruksi digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda meliputi uji validitas, realibilitas & uji regresi (uji f & t). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjjukkan bahwa variabel bebas keselamatan kerja (X1) dan kesehatan kerja (X2) terhadap masalah (K3) secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel kinerja pekerja proyek pembangunan Maleo Town Square, dimana pengaruh variabel X1 sebesar 0,369 dan X2 sebesar 0,058. Pada penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel keselamatan kerja (X1) berpengaruh dominan dibandingkan variabel kesehatan kerja (X2).
