Abstract

Latar belakang: Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan setiap manajer dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja para pengikutnya. Sehingga setiap manajer perlu menerapkan keterampilan dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh setiap manajer terutama pada masa pandemic. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana. Metode: desain yang digunakan adalah cross-sectioanal dilakukan disalah satu Rumah Sakit di Sulawesi Barat, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana sebanyak 110. Hasil: mayoritas gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala ruangan adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformational dengan presentasi 93%. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat dominan pada tingkat kepuasan ambivalent dengan presentasi 66.7%. Untuk hasil temuan utama didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana selama pandemi covid-19 di Rumah Sakit.
