A descriptive quantitative approach was used by surveying 45 coconut farmers in Pewalea village. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics with a Likert scale. The results indicate that 71.1% of farmers had never heard about BSF technology, while 77.8% expressed positive attitudes toward its implementation. A total of 55.6% were willing to adopt the technology if training and assistance were provided, and 64.4% identified access to capital as the main determinant of adoption. This study highlights the potential of BSF as a green innovation supporting circular economy practices and sustainable entrepreneurship in rural areas. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative approach is used to measure the increase in productivity and income from harvests after implementing the IoT system, while the qualitative approach explores students’ perceptions and the impact of innovation implementation on entrepreneurial development. The results show that the implementation of an IoT-based automation system using an ESP32 microcontroller, ultrasonic sensors, and a digital monitoring application successfully increased watering efficiency by 40% and reduced water waste as well as labor requirements. Economically, the integration of IoT and product branding increased the income of the Unsulbar Farming Club by 57.4% per harvest cycle. The new packaging and logo design labeled “UFC Hydroponics Vegetables” with the slogan “Petani Milenial, Petani Keren” (Millennial Farmers, Cool Farmers) proved to enhance product appeal, strengthen brand image, and expand market reach. This study concludes that the combination of IoT technology implementation and product branding strategies plays a crucial role in strengthening the student entrepreneurship ecosystem. Utilizing a quantitative methodology and Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA), data were collected from a sample of 300 SMEs in Central Kalimantan that have either adopted or are in the process of adopting digital payment technologies. The results indicate that DFL significantly facilitates the adoption of QR Code systems, whereas TCB also influences adoption, suggesting that cost factors affect but do not entirely inhibit digital adoption. Moreover, the adoption of QR Code systems notably promotes the use of Mobile Money, with both systems positively affecting SME performance by enhancing transaction efficiency and financial management. Digital Financial Literacy indirectly contributes to improved performance through these adoption pathways, while TCB moderates the relationship between adoption and outcomes. These findings extend the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by incorporating literacy and cost considerations, offering new perspectives on the acceptance of digital payments among SMEs. The research urgency stems from the retail sector's vital role as a driver of domestic economic growth and the rapid shift in consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are digital natives characterized by technology-driven, consumption-oriented lifestyles. Using an associative quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys and literature reviews, and purposive sampling was used to select 100 Generation Z respondents (born between 1997 and 2012) who had made transactions in modern retail stores in Makassar. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS 25. The simultaneous test revealed that price discounts, product quality, and service quality collectively had a significant influence on purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination indicating that the model could explain 75.5% of the variation in purchase decisions. Partially, all three independent variables also had positive and significant effects. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey of 395 fishermen, analyzed through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method.The findings reveal that: (1) Rumpon-based GHRM significantly and positively affects fishermen’s quality of life and marine ecosystem sustainability; (2) Digital literacy has a positive impact on fishermen’s well-being; (3) Digital literacy mediates the relationship between GHRM and quality of life; and (4) Digital literacy strengthens the link between GHRM practices and marine ecosystem sustainability. The research was conducted on banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period, with a total sample of 47 companies. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 23 application. The results show that ESG and Intellectual Capital have a significant effect on profitability. However, ESG does not have a significant effect on firm value, while Intellectual Capital and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value. Furthermore, the findings indicate that profitability is able to mediate the relationship between ESG and firm value, but it cannot mediate the relationship between Intellectual Capital and firm value. The rise of turnover among younger employees has created organizational instability, making it crucial to understand the determinants that shape their decision to remain or leave. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 110 Gen Z employees through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire, and the relationships among variables were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that work stress has a strong positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that heightened psychological pressure directly increases employees’ desire to leave. Compensation and technology use significantly increase organizational commitment, yet neither variable shows a direct effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of compensation, technology use, or work stress on turnover intention, suggesting that commitment is not a decisive psychological mechanism for employee retention among Generation Z. The study highlights the need for organizations to prioritize stress management, digital support systems, and workplace well-being strategies to reduce turnover. This study aims to determine how MSME business actors in Ternate City review risks, implement risk management strategies, and maintain their businesses amidst current market competition. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews. Based on the results of interviews with each MSME business actor, they face various risks, one of which is unsold or easily damaged products, which can be a significant obstacle if not managed properly. In addition, in facing competition, promoting through social media is an effective step. Products in high demand can boost revenue, but careful attention must be paid to inventory management and quality. A good promotional strategy can attract market attention. DEF Balikpapan. Although similar studies have been conducted previously, the novelty of this research lies in evaluating organizational behavior factors within the context of a heavy-equipment company that is undergoing digital transformation and tighter performance monitoring. Using a quantitative approach and saturated sampling of 27 employees, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results indicate that organizational culture has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, supervision has no positive influence, while job satisfaction significantly improves performance. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect employee performance. Among various digital marketing tools, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) has emerged as one of the most influential sources of information shaping online consumer behavior. This conceptual paper aims to examine the theoretical relationship between e-WOM and consumer trust in influencing online purchase decisions on Shopee, particularly among millennial mothers. Using a descriptive-analytical and literature-based approach, this study reviews relevant empirical research and theoretical discussions published between 2019 and 2024. The analysis reveals that e-WOM positively influences both consumer trust and purchase decisions, while trust serves as a crucial mediating factor that strengthens the impact of e-WOM.
