This research is a quantitative research with 69 participants. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and tests. The research instruments are learning style questionnaire and learning outcome test. Data analysis techniques is one-way ANOVA, preceded by prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity. The data are normal with a significance value &gt; significance level (0.2 &gt; 0.05) and the data are homogeneous with a significance value &gt; significance level, (0.281 &gt; 0.05). The results of this research have a significance value &lt; alpha level (0.016 &lt; 0.05), indicating that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, there are difference in learning outcomes using Quizizz as interactive game media on students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. The learning outcomes between visual and auditory learning styles have a significance value &gt; alpha level (0.576 &gt; 0.05), there is no significant difference. The learning outcomes between visual and kinesthetic learning styles have a significance value &lt; alpha level (0.013 &lt; 0.05), there is a significant difference. The learning outcomes between auditory and kinesthetic learning styles have a significance value &gt; alpha level &nbsp;(0.445 &gt; 0.05), there is no significant difference.</em></p> A. This research employs a quantitative, survey-based approach, involving 69 prospective chemistry teachers at a university in Indonesia. Prior to implementation, the instrument was translated from English to Indonesian using the back-translation method. The collected data were subsequently analyzed using Winstep, yielding strong validity and reliability results. The instrument exhibited a Cronbach's alpha of 0.65, a person reliability of 0.60, and an item reliability of 0.76. Furthermore, the construct validation results were favorable, as evidenced by mean score (MNSQ), Z-standard (ZSTD), and point measure correlation (Pt Mea Corr) indices. The aim is to conduct a literature study on the relationship between students' creative thinking skills in science learning using the STEM approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting and reviewing articles related to research keywords. A total of 80 articles published in the last 5 years from 2019-2024 from national and international journals from the online databases Google Scholar, Eric, and Garuda. Furthermore, the collected articles were selected according to research criteria and 18 articles were obtained as secondary data. Furthermore, the selected articles became the literature to be analyzed. The findings of this study are 1) Students' creative thinking skills in science learning are very important to be honed and developed as preparation for facing the current global era. 2) STEM-integrated learning has a very positive influence on improving students' creative thinking skills. 3) The implementation of STEM can be integrated with various student-centered learning models, besides STEM can also be implemented with learning media.</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> nor indriyanti Copyright (c) 2024 Saqbe: Jurnal Sains dan Pembelajarannya https://ojs.unsulbar.ac.id/index.php/saqbe/article/view/4294 Wed, 25 Dec 2024 08:38:26 +0800 Analisis Komparatif Capaian Pembelajaran IPA Sekolah Menengah Pertama Pada Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurikulum Merdeka Revisi 2024 https://ojs.unsulbar.ac.id/index.php/saqbe/article/view/4311 <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan membandingkan capaian pembelajaran IPA antara kedua versi kurikulum yaitu Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurikulum Merdeka revisi 2024 dengan fokus pada perubahan konten, metodologi pengajaran, dan hasil yang akan dicapai oleh siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pendidik, pengambil kebijakan, pihak-pihak terkait lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan IPA serta memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat mendukung implementasi kurikulum yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan masa kini. Penelitian&nbsp; ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan analisis dokumen, wawancara, survei, serta observasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang perubahan dan dampaknya terhadap pendidikan dengan tema Analisis Komparatif Capaian Pembelajaran IPA Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Pada Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kurikulum Merdeka Revisi 2024. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Kurikulum Merdeka revisi 2024 tetap melanjutkan prinsip-prinsip dasar dari Kurikulum Merdeka namun dengan beberapa penyesuaian dan penambahan untuk mengakomodasi perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan siswa. By engaging in experiments, students can develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. This study aims to analyze the role of ChatGPT in relation to science practicum activities. The study employs a systematic literature review method using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework. Data sources consist of scientific journals that were identified, screened, and evaluated, resulting in only seven journals meeting the inclusion criteria. These journals were then reviewed through thematic analysis to outline the key findings from the analyzed publications. The results show that the majority of the reviewed articles (85.71%) were published in the Journal of Chemical Education, with a focus on the field of chemistry (85.71%), and 57.14% of the first authors originated from the United States. Two main research themes were identified in this field: ChatGPT as a tool to assist teachers in preparing practicum sessions and analyzing ChatGPT’s ability to generate reports. The study also highlights opportunities for further research on ChatGPT’s capability to analyze practicum reports and evaluate practicum worksheet responses.
