Manuscripts submitted to Bandar: Civil Engineering Journal must follow the Article template on this page, or you can also use the manuscript writing format which can be downloaded here (Download Article Template)
Manuscript Submission
Authors must register or login first if they already have an account on the Bandar Journal page, send the manuscript (Indonesian) in softfile form and submit it online along with other documents, namely:
- Statement of Ethics based on the Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications (LIPI No. 5 of 2014)
- The manuscript is made in accordance with the Manuscript format provided
Review Process
Basically, what is submitted will be assessed by reviewers determined by the Editor. Assessment criteria include originality, significance, and grammar and plagiarism checks. The editor is authorized to accept or reject the submitted manuscript or ask the author to improve the manuscript.
Revision
If the manuscript is sent back to the author for revision, comments/suggestions from the reviewers or editorial board need to be accommodated in the revised manuscript. However, the author can provide an explanation for the comments/suggestions.
The author's name is written in full (without title/mention) along with the name of the institution where the author works. If the research was conducted elsewhere, a statement should be provided. The author's email is included in full in the manuscript after writing the name of the author member.
Abstract is written in Indonesian and English. Using a one-paragraph unstructured abstract type, 10 pt font, single-spaced, justified, no more than 150 words, without quotations and abbreviations/acronyms. The abstract is in the form of one unstructured paragraph. The abstract should contain an introduction to the problem under study including the research objectives, if possible in one sentence.
Research design, sampling method and sample size, data collection and analysis. Key findings (OR/RR, CI or themes in qualitative research). Write one or two sentences to discuss the results and conclusions. Recommendations and implications of the research results are written clearly and briefly to provide an overview of the important aspects and conclusions/main results of the research.
References are organized alphabetically with Times New Roman 10 pt font size, single-spaced for the distance between references. References use a hanging pattern, which is indented on the second line by 0.25”. must be present in this reference.
