Implementasi Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar di Kabupaten Gowa: Analisis Politik Pendidikan
Abstract
Implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar sebagai reformasi pendidikan nasional menghadirkan dinamika unik di tingkat daerah, khususnya dalam konteks politik pendidikan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar di Kabupaten Gowa dengan fokus pada aspek politik pendidikan yang mempengaruhi efektivitas implementasinya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review sistematis, penelitian menganalisis dokumen kebijakan, data statistik pendidikan, dan literatur ilmiah periode 2019-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60% sekolah telah mengimplementasikan program, dengan keberhasilan implementasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara faktor politik, teknis, dan sosial. Dukungan politik pemerintah daerah melalui peningkatan anggaran 15% menjadi katalis penting, namun keterbatasan infrastruktur dan variasi kapasitas implementator masih menjadi tantangan signifikan. Forum pendidikan berperan efektif dalam menjembatani komunikasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat, serta memobilisasi sumber daya lokal. Proyeksi pengembangan program membutuhkan penguatan pada aspek infrastruktur digital, mekanisme pendampingan, sistem insentif, dan jejaring kolaborasi. Keberhasilan implementasi akan bergantung pada kemampuan pemerintah daerah dalam menyelaraskan inisiatif strategis dengan konteks dan kebutuhan lokal secara koheren dan berkelanjutan.
