About Journal

Journal of Computer and Information System (J-CIS) is a Journal of Computer Science and Information System published by the Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, University of West Sulawesi with ISSN 2622-5859 and e-ISSN 2622-0881. This journal is published twice a year, in March and October.

Publication Ethics

Journal of Computer and Information System (JCIS) is managed in accordance with the journal publication ethic, namely the overall governance of the journal concerning: Open Access Policy, Frequency Publications, Board of Editor Policy Ethic, Reviewer Policy Ethic, Authors Policy Ethic. Based on the established publication ethic, the frequency of publication of JCIS is two (2) times a year, namely the period of March and October. Articles submitted are original articles that have never been published. All published articles will go through a review process and be published based on the focus & scope of the journal.

ANTI-PLAGIARISM POLICIES

Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed. Authors are required to submit articles that are free from plagiarism. However, articles will still be checked before publication to avoid the possibility of plagiarism. Plagiarism checks using turnitin should not exceed 30%.
