About Journal

MANDAR: Management Development and Applied Research Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific publication that contains the results of research, development, studies, and thoughts within the scope of management and business research. MANDAR Journal is published by the Faculty of Economics, Sulawesi Barat University, since 2023 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology Number 177/E/KPT/2024 obtaining Sinta 4 accreditation rating. MANDAR has two types of ISSN (International Standard Serial Number), namely the print version with p-ISSN number 2721-1436 and the online version with e-ISSN number 2654-4504. MANDAR was first published in 2018 and is published periodically twice a year

Mandar Journal (E-ISSN: 2654-4504; P-ISSN 2721-1436) is a research-based journal published twice a year (June and December). MANDAR: Management Development and Applied Research Journal aims to improve the quality of science and channel the interest in sharing and disseminating knowledge for scholars, students, practitioners, and science observers in applied management. MANDAR: Management Development and Applied Research Journal accepts scientific works that have not been submitted elsewhere and are not currently being considered by other journals and/or conference committees. MANDAR: Management Development and Applied Research Journal is managed by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi. The journal has been published since 2018.
