About Journal

MANDAR: Management Development and Applied Research Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific publication that contains the results of research, development, studies, and thoughts within the scope of management and business research. MANDAR Journal is published by the Faculty of Economics, Sulawesi Barat University, since 2023 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology Number 177/E/KPT/2024 obtaining Sinta 4 accreditation rating. MANDAR has two types of ISSN (International Standard Serial Number), namely the print version with p-ISSN number 2721-1436 and the online version with e-ISSN number 2654-4504. MANDAR was first published in 2018 and is published periodically twice a year

MANDAR: Management Development and Applied Research Journal (E-ISSN: 2654-4504; P-ISSN: 2721-1436) is a multidisciplinary Open Access journal that strives for inclusivity and global reach. The broad scope of the journal provides an ideal platform to foster connections among researchers across all areas of applied business and management development research.

The journal, published twice a year (June and December), aims to enhance the quality of science and to facilitate the sharing and dissemination of knowledge globally among scholars, students, practitioners, and observers in applied business and management.

MANDAR: Management Development and Applied Research Journal accepts scientific works that have not been submitted elsewhere and are not under consideration by other journals and/or conference committees. Through Open Access publishing, we make sound and scholarly research accessible worldwide, with each submission evaluated based on its academic merit and research integrity.

The journal is managed by the University of West Sulawesi and has been published since 2018. It considers original research articles, review papers, and replication studies in the following sections and broad topical areas:

Other related applied business field

This section of aims to accumulate and advance knowledge on the role of technological advancements, in shaping businesses across all stages of the life cycle, from early start-ups, through small and medium-sized enterprises, to established multinational corporations.
