Community-Based Tourism Village Development Planning Through the 3 A Concept in Tondok Bakaru Village, District

Tondok Bakaru Village in Mamasa District, West Sulawesi, has natural tourism potential through its panoramic rice fields, tropical forests, and Gandang
Dewata National Park. Since its inauguration as a tourist village in 2019, tourism development has not been optimal in the application of the 3A concept (Attractions, Accessibility, and Amenities). Therefore, sustainable tourism development planning is needed to increase tourism appeal and the welfare of the local community. This study aims to develop a community-based Master Plan for Tondok Bakaru Tourism Village through the application of the 3A concept to improve the economy and sustainable tourism management. The objective of this study is to make Tondok Bakaru Village an attractive and accessible tourist destination that benefits the community and the environment. The method used is a mix method with 3A and SWOT analysis. Data collection includes interviews, observation, documentation, and FGD. Development strategies include improving accessibility, strengthening nature-based tourist attractions, improving public facilities and amenities, developing homestays, promotion and cooperation between stakeholders, and implementing continuous monitoring and evaluation.
