Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must comply with the following guidelines:

1. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

  • Title (clear, concise, and informative)
  • Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (3–5 words)
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review
  • Research Method
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

2. Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.
  • Use A4 paper size, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt.
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • The length of the manuscript is between 8–15 pages.

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract should clearly state the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  • Avoid citations in the abstract.
  • Provide 3–5 relevant keywords.

4. Citation and References

  • Use APA (7th Edition) citation style.
  • References should consist of at least 10–15 sources, with a minimum of 70% from reputable journals published within the last 5 years.
  • Ensure all cited works are included in the reference list.

5. Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures must be clearly labeled and numbered.
  • Provide titles above tables and below figures.
  • Sources must be included if applicable.

6. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system (OJS).
  • Authors are required to register before submitting.
  • Ensure all metadata (title, abstract, keywords, authors) are correctly entered in the system.

7. Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments.
  • The editorial decision is final.

8. Plagiarism Policy

  • The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism.
  • Similarity index should not exceed 20%.
  • Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

9. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must ensure that the research complies with ethical standards.
  • Any conflict of interest must be disclosed.

10. Copyright and License

  • Authors retain copyright but grant the journal the right to publish.
  • Articles are distributed under an open-access license.

JEPA Journal reserves the right to make minor edits to ensure clarity, consistency, and conformity with the journal’s style.
