Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing and submitting your manuscript.

Before You Submit

SIPAMANDAQ publishes high-quality Original Research Articles, Review Articles, and Innovation Papers in the fields of Physics Education and Physics Research and Innovation. Manuscripts must be original, written in English, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

1. General Information

SIPAMANDAQ: Journal of Physics Education Research and Innovation publishes high-quality Original Research Articles, Review Articles, and Innovation Papers in the fields of Physics Education and Physics Research and Innovation. Submitted manuscripts must be original, written in English, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

Original Research Articles

Review Articles

Innovation Papers

3. Language

Manuscripts must be written in English.
Authors are encouraged to use clear, concise, and grammatically correct scientific English.
Professional language editing is recommended before submission.

4. Manuscript Preparation

Authors must prepare manuscripts using the official SIPAMANDAQ manuscript template.

5. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

09	Acknowledgements (optional)

6. Tables, Figures, and Equations

Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively.
Tables must be editable and should not be submitted as images.
Figures must have clear captions and sufficient resolution.
Mathematical equations should be prepared using Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType.
All tables, figures, and equations must be cited in the manuscript.

7. References

References must follow APA 7th Edition.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
Include DOI whenever available.
Ensure that all in-text citations appear in the reference list and vice versa.
Recent and relevant references are strongly recommended.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Grammarly, or similar technologies) may be used only to improve language quality and readability. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scientific validity of the manuscript.

Important: AI tools must not be listed as authors.

9. Publication Ethics

Authors must ensure that:

The manuscript is original.
The manuscript has not been published previously.
The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
No plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or duplicate publication is involved.
All authors have approved the submitted manuscript.

10. Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through the SIPAMANDAQ Online Journal System (OJS).

Authors should:

Register or log in to the journal website.
Complete all required metadata.
Upload the manuscript using the official template.
Upload supplementary files (if applicable).
Confirm the submission.
Monitor manuscript progress through OJS.

11. Peer Review Process

Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening followed by a Double-Blind Peer Review process.

12. Open Access Policy

SIPAMANDAQ provides immediate open access to all published articles, allowing readers to freely read, download, copy, distribute, and share published content.

Authors retain copyright of their published works while granting the journal the right of first publication.
