Eduvelop: Journal of English Education and Development publishes all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, sharing, adaptation, distribution, and reproduction of the published work in any medium or format, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated. Authors who publish with Eduvelop: Journal of English Education and Development agree to the following terms:
1. Copyright Retention
Authors retain the copyright and moral rights to their published work without restriction.
The copyright of each published article remains with the author(s). Publication in Eduvelop: Journal of English Education and Development does not transfer copyright ownership to the journal or the publisher.
2. License to Publish
Authors grant Eduvelop: Journal of English Education and Development a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, and identify itself as the original publisher of the article. Authors also grant the journal the right of first publication, allowing the journal to publish the article as the Version of Record while the copyright remains with the author(s).
3. Creative Commons License
All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license, any user is free to:
1. Read, download, copy, print, and redistribute the article in any medium or format;
2. Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial purposes;
provided that:
1. Appropriate credit is given to the original author(s);
2. The original publication in Eduvelop: Journal of English Education and Development is properly acknowledged;

4. Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are encouraged to disseminate their research widely.
Authors may deposit and share the following versions of their manuscripts:
1. Submitted Manuscript (Preprint);
2. Accepted Manuscript (Author Accepted Manuscript);
3. Published Version (Version of Record).
These versions may be deposited in:
1. Institutional repositories;
2. Disciplinary repositories;

6. Other non-commercial or scholarly repositories.
When depositing the published version, authors should include:
1. The complete citation of the published article;

3. A statement acknowledging that the article was first published in Eduvelop: Journal of English Education and Development.
5. Author Rights
Authors retain the right to:

These uses are permitted provided that the original publication in Eduvelop: Journal of English Education and Development is properly acknowledged.
6. Third-Party Materials
If an article contains materials (such as figures, tables, photographs, or other copyrighted content) owned by third parties, authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions before publication.
Such materials are subject to their respective copyright terms and may not automatically fall under the Creative Commons license unless explicitly indicated.
7. Responsibility
The authors are solely responsible for the originality, accuracy, and legality of the content published in their articles.
Authors warrant that:
1. The manuscript is original;
2. It does not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others;
3. All necessary permissions have been obtained;
4. The manuscript has not been published elsewhere except as permitted under accepted scholarly publishing practices.
8. Version of Record
The final published article on the Eduvelop website constitutes the Version of Record and should be regarded as the definitive version for citation purposes.
