Article Processing Charge

The Article Processing Charge for each accepted manuscript is:

APC: USD 200 per article

The APC is charged only after the manuscript has received an official editorial acceptance decision. There are no submission fees and no charges during the peer-review process.

English Language and Proofreading Policy

Eduvelop requires all manuscripts to be written in clear, accurate, and academically appropriate English. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts meet the journal's language and academic writing standards.

If substantial grammatical, structural, or stylistic problems are identified during the editorial evaluation process, authors may be required to obtain professional English proofreading before the manuscript proceeds to publication.

English Proofreading Fee: USD 70

The proofreading fee is separate from the APC and applies only when English proofreading is required by the Editorial Team.

Fast Track Review Service

Eduvelop may offer an optional Fast Track Review Service for authors who require an accelerated editorial and peer-review process.

  • Estimated Fast Track Review Duration: Approximately 2 weeks
  • Eligibility: Manuscripts that have passed the initial editorial screening
  • Fast Track Service Fee: USD 150

The Fast Track Service only accelerates the editorial and peer-review process and does not guarantee acceptance or publication. All manuscripts remain subject to independent peer review and editorial evaluation.

The availability of the Fast Track Service is subject to reviewer availability and the capacity of the Editorial Office.

Payment Policy

  • APC payment is due within 7 days of receiving the official editorial acceptance notification.
  • An article will not proceed to final publication until the required payment has been received and all publication requirements have been fulfilled.
  • Authors are encouraged to ensure the availability of publication funding before submitting a manuscript.
  • APC, proofreading, and Fast Track Review fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances determined by the journal.
  • Payment of any fee does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decision.
