STUDI LITERATUR MENGENAI AKUMULASI DOSIS RADIOFARMAKA TC99M-MDP PADA PEMERIKSAAN BONE SCAN PENDERITA KANKER PAYUDARA
Abstract
Kanker payudara adalah jenis kanker yang sering dijumpai di Indonesia. Menurut data dari WHO, pada tahun 2020 jumlah orang yang terkena kanker di Indonesia mencapai 396.914 orang, dengan jumlah kematian mencapai 234.511 orang. Sel kanker dapat bermetastasis ke tulang, sehingga salah satu cara untuk mendeteksinya adalah dengan melakukan pemeriksaan bone scan. Tujuan dari studi literatur ini adalah mengetahui akumulasi uptake lesi di tulang penderita kanker payudara. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, sel kanker pada penderita kanker payudara akan lebih banyak bermetastasis ke tulang belakang (spine) dengan rentang nilai 0,224 – 1,142 mCi pada dosis injeksi 2 - 5 mCi dan 12,521 mCi pada rata-rata dosis injeksi 15,449 0,871 mCi.
