Nutrition Science and Health Research (e-ISSN: 2962-5726) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes high-quality research articles in the field of nutrition and related health sciences. The journal is published by the Nutrition Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Sulawesi Barat, Indonesia. The journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate scientific findings and scholarly work related to nutrition science and health. Manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by qualified and reputable reviewers to ensure the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the published articles. Nutrition Science and Health Research publishes original research articles and case studies that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in nutrition and health sciences. The journal is published biannually, with issues released in January and July. Nutrition Science and Health Research has been accredited SINTA 2 (S2) based on the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development No. 2/C/C3/KPT/2026.
