Abstract
Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumes tes High Order Thinking Skill yang ditinjau dari tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya beda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Developmemt (R&D) dengan menggunakan model Martin Tessmer yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap Preliminary, tahap Self Evaluation, tahap Prototyping (Validasi, Evaluasi, dan Revisi), dan tahap Field test. Adapun hasil pada kelompok kecil 100% soal valid, tingat reliabilitas sangat tinggi yaitu 1,03, tingkat kesukaran 80,00% sedang dan 20,00% mudah, daya beda 60,00% sangat tinggi, 25,00% rendah, dan jelek 15,00%. Sedangkan hasil pada kelompok besar 75,00% soal valid dan 25% soal tidak valid, tingkat reliabilitas tinggi yaitu 0,76, tingkat kesukaran 100% sedang, daya beda 45,00% rendah, 35,00% sedang, 15,00% sangat rendah, dan jelek 5%. Sebanyak 20 nomor soal yang dibuat dan diujicobakan, mengahasilkan 13 nomor soal yang layak untuk digunakan.
